Report an incorrect calculation
Include the following information to make the calculation reproducible:
- The mode you selected: required exam score or completed course grade.
- Your current non-final grade, target grade or actual exam score, and final exam weight.
- The result shown and the result you expected, including how you calculated it.
- The relevant grading rule from your syllabus, if it affects the result.
Before reporting a result, check the formulas, assumptions and verification examples. The current grade must exclude the final, and the final must be the only remaining graded component.
Report a website or accessibility problem
Send the page URL, the steps that caused the problem, and your device and browser. A screenshot can help explain a layout issue. Describe what you expected to happen and what happened instead.
Request a content correction
Identify the page and the wording that needs correction. Explain the issue and include a reliable source or a worked example when applicable.
Protect your personal information
Do not send passwords, student IDs or private gradebook access. Remove names and identifying details from screenshots. If you include a shared calculator link, its URL contains the entered grades and weight. Read the privacy policy for more information.
